Personnel — professional development and social security of employees, formation of the corporate culture directed on increase of work efficiency and maintenance of production and services quality.

Marketing — research of consumer preferences and market tendencies for working out the competitive products corresponding to growing requirements of buyers

Innovations — introduction of the newest technologies and materials in manufacture, working out an optimum design, original design and useful functions of home appliances.

Manufacture — organic growth by investments into modernization of existing industrial base, introduction of actions for production efficiency increase and energy consumption decrease.

Sale — logistics improvement and creation of own distribution network in Ukraine, maintenance of mutually advantageous conditions for dealers in export countries, active sales support by trading marketing.
